We have a deep love for gastronomy. Originally from Paris, we made a bold decision 21 years ago to embark on a multicultural journey. Our first stop was Saint Martin in the French Caribbean, where we spent 7 years immersing ourselves in a delightful fusion of Indian, Caribbean, and Latin cuisine.

Next, we set our sights on the Andes, making Santiago de Chile our home for a decade. During this time, we operated three restaurants that embodied the essence of our travels. Our commitment to providing our children with an international and trilingual upbringing led us to the United States, where we bridged the gap between Europe and American culture and cuisine.

Our culinary adventure in the U.S. allowed us to explore and appreciate American gastronomy. We had the privilege of traveling extensively, sampling a wide range of local dishes. Our kitchen is a blend of Latin flavors, featuring exquisite dishes such as ceviche, Peruvian sandwiches, octopus, empanadas, burritos, and tacos. We also offer American favorites like lobster rolls, Philly cheese steak, and the irresistible truffle burger. Additionally, we provide healthy options such as poke and lobster salad, with a hint of French elegance in creations like our rosemary cream brûlée.
